At the third meeting of bio-tech companies and institutions, results of the survey were presented (a list of joint activities of members) and representatives chose its legal form: an interest group of legal persons. It also established an eight-member preliminary committee, tasked with preparing the founding of the association (preparing founding documents, preparing the constitutive meeting etc.).
